Following the huge success of the Christmas tree competition over the past two years, the town of Zell would like to expand this format this year. The decorations will no longer be limited to trees: entire Christmas shop windows, shop entrances, and narrow streets can become eye-catching attractions.
Clubs, associations, businesses, shops, schools, daycare centers, and, of course, all citizens are once again called upon to get creative together and design impressive decorations. Let your creativity run wild. The decorations will be on display during the Advent season in Balduinstraße, Schloßstraße, around the market square, and on the Barl.
Visitors to the town of Zell (Mosel) will then decide who receives the audience award for the most beautiful decoration. The corresponding evaluation cards will be available in local shops from the 1st to the 4th Advent. We will once again be raffling off attractive prizes among all entrants.
The winners of the competition can also look forward to great prizes. First place will receive prize money of €150 and second and third place will receive a non-cash prize. But really, it's all about the honor.
Sparkling lights, colorfully decorated Christmas trees, and a beautifully designed old town are sure to get visitors to Zell (Mosel) in the mood for the upcoming Christmas holidays. The lovingly decorated windows and shops invite you to take a stroll through the town.
