The town of Zell (Mosel) is known as the wine town of the "Zeller Schwarze Katz" and is of particular tourist importance in the Middle Moselle region. It is a medium-sized town with 4,100 inhabitants and a recognized tourist destination with a well-developed tourist infrastructure.
The town of Zell (Mosel) is the owner of the "Zeller Schwarze Katz" hall.
The building comprises:
A hall for 400 to 600 people with a stage and adjoining rooms
A conference room
A restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen and seating for 60 inside and a further 40 on the terrace.
A tenant's apartment of approx. 100 m² is available in the building for the tenant of the restaurant.
The "Zeller Schwarze Katz" hall is a popular event hall in the Zeller Land region and is used for numerous events such as theater, concerts, dance and entertainment, carnival or seminars and meetings.
The "Zeller Schwarze Katz" hall is run by the town council. The restaurant is independent of the hall management and is run by the tenant himself.
The city intends to lease the restaurant area on a long-term basis in a fully equipped and furnished condition (including kitchen equipment, bar equipment and small inventory such as crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.).
We are looking for a gastronomy professional who demonstrably fulfills the personal and professional requirements and is able to manage a gastronomy business of this size. Previous successful management of a comparable business is desirable - but not a requirement.
